By purchasing a Canterbury Résumé service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms of service:
Quality Assurance
Canterbury Résumé provides an affordable, quality résumé writing service for professionals. Purchase of one of Canterbury Résumé’s services includes subsequent edits for a period of 60 days after the date of the client’s initial sign-up. We seek our clients’ satisfaction in our incorporation of the information the client provides upon initial sign-up through the submission of original documents and in filling out our Signature Questionnaire. While clients have the opportunity to work with our résumé writers on unlimited revisions during the 60-day period, substantial document-change requests are subject to our regular pricing, at the discretion of Canterbury Résumé.
Turnaround Time
For Canterbury Résumé’s Professional and Executive services, our standard turnaround time for first drafts of documents purchased is three business days. The turnaround time for each subsequent revision is two to three business days. Please note that all turnaround times are calculated from the date on which the client provides complete information needed by our writers to process the order, whether it be a first draft or a revision.
Accurate Information
By purchasing one of Canterbury Résumé’s services, you warrant that all information that you provide to us in the process of creating your document(s), in filling out the questionnaire, or in communicating with any member of our staff during any stage of preparation is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Canterbury Résumé, its agents, or staff members, are not responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information provided by you which is incorporated during the creation of your document(s). Clients are responsible for final proofreading and bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all content in all documents.
Exclusions and Warranty
By placing an order, the client indicates acceptance and understanding, as well as releases Canterbury Résumé from any and all liability. Documents provided to clients through our services are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Due to the nature of the writing process, Canterbury Résumé services are not subject to cancellation, and fees are not refundable once a client has placed an order through our website. Any refunds or exchanges that may be issued are addressed on a case-by-case basis and at the exclusive discretion of Canterbury Résumé.
Website Testimonials and Sample Résumé Postings
Canterbury Résumé occasionally uses client feedback and documents (clients’ original documents and the documents we have created for them) for internet and print publication. In these situations, information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and employer names are changed to protect the identity and privacy of our clients. If you do not wish to have your feedback or documents used, simply notify Canterbury Résumé in writing at P.O. Box 1963, Ogden, UT 84402.
